Bethlehem College Kindergarten Bay of Plenty Head Teacher
We are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and qualified Head Teacher for one of our centres - Bethlehem College Kindergarten based in Bethlehem, Tauranga.
You will have an NZQA-approved Level 7 ECE teaching qualification and current registration/certification with experience in New Zealand ECE settings.
Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring compliance with Ministry of Education requirements.
Leading and mentoring a team of passionate educators.
Collaborating with the CET General Manager to ensure the delivery of excellent Christian preschool education.
Building strong positive relationships with tamariki, whanau, and colleagues.
Managing the centre's finances so it is financially viable.
