This is the perfect role if you're wanting to get out of the weeds, coach a team, and focus on the big picture.
In this newly created role, you'll report to the General Manager – Marketing, and be tasked with developing an integrated, omnichannel marketing strategy that aligns digital and traditional efforts.
You'll lead a team of experienced marketers to graduates, including the Marketing Business Partner, Digital & Automation, E-Commerce, and Campaign Lead functions.
You'll need to bring these marketing experts together in a way that supports them to do their jobs differently, and work closely with Innovation and Digital Team to realise all the benefits of our marketing technology stack.
You'll also need to influence other parts of the business to demonstrate the value of well thought-through marketing and strategy application.
Aside from the opportunity to take us on the integration journey, you'll be part of a larger marketing team that truly values customer data and leveraging it to deliver the best solution for the customer.
You'll also get to work with a relational GM of Marketing who really cares about and empowers people.
