The store is led by an experienced and engaging General Manager, you'll be working under the Retail Manager overseeing all areas of trade operations.

The Job: Head of Trade Operations will play a pivotal part in all areas of the department including but not limited to:
Leading the drive-thru, supporting trade growthResponsible for all areas of stock management, ordering, replenishment, stocktakes and liaising with DC and Delivery teams. Oversee internal processes & procedures ensuring trade orders are picked, dispatched and charged correctly and on time. Deliver outstanding customer experiences, overseeing and working on events and activitiesManage all areas of compliance and H&SReporting to Retail Manager Leading the drive-thru, supporting trade growthResponsible for all areas of stock management, ordering, replenishment, stocktakes and liaising with DC and Delivery teams.
