The store is led by an experienced and engaging General Manager, you'll be working under the Retail Manager overseeing all areas of trade operations.

The Job: Head of Trade Operations will play a pivotal part in all areas of the department including but not limited to:
Leading the drive-thru, supporting trade growth
Responsible for all areas of stock management, ordering, replenishment, stocktakes and liaising with DC and Delivery teams.
Oversee internal processes & procedures ensuring trade orders are picked, dispatched and charged correctly and on time.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences, overseeing and working on events and activities
Manage all areas of compliance and H&S
Reporting to Retail Manager
Leading the drive-thru, supporting trade growth

Ideal Technical, professional knowledge, skills and experience 3+ years experience with proven results in build/construction trade (either store or on the tools)
Out-of-the-box thinker able to identify and implement process improvements
Proficient in the use of relevant IT Systems and equipment
Physically fit and able to work on the floor daily with heavy lifting
Excellent communication and people skills with a genuine ability to motivate those around you and work as part of a team
3+ years experience with proven results in build/construction trade (either store or on the tools)
Out-of-the-box thinker able to identify and implement process improvements
Proficient in the use of relevant IT Systems and equipment
Physically fit and able to work on the floor daily with heavy lifting
Valid Forklift License & Full Drivers Licence
Excellent communication and people skills with a genuine ability to motivate those around you and work as part of a team
