As the Head of Admissions , you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end admissions process, from initial enquiry to enrolment . Reporting to the Executive Principal , you will drive growth through innovative enrolment strategies and superior customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and implement a targeted admissions strategy, driving student enrolment and retention.
Lead the entire admissions process, ensuring a best-in-class experience for prospective families.
Provide strategic guidance to the Senior Leadership Team to optimise admissions and retention efforts.
Deliver engaging school tours, open days, and recruitment events.
Analyse enrolment data to guide decision-making and ensure targets are met.
Build and nurture strong relationships with feeder schools, parents, and community partners.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Proven experience in sales management , preferably in a professional services setting, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Excellent knowledge of sales, marketing , and CRM systems, with the ability to analyse data and present insights effectively.
An innovative thinker who can develop and execute strategies that resonate with families and enhance our school's reputation.
Experience within the education sector is a plus, but not essential.
