Strategically build a new department and team.
Conduct inspections and condition surveys, delivering insightful reports that showcase your attention to detail.
Write articulate reports that communicate findings effectively.
Demonstrate finesse in diary management, a key element in ensuring operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison.
Requirements: Experience working on residential buildings/social housing.
A construction-related degree and/or 5 years of experience, a testament to your commitment to excellence.
Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
