In this role, you will assess applications, integrations, and technology solutions to determine requirements, solutions, and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing solution delivery, application portfolio, technology business analysis, architecture, and technology onboarding and training practices.
Leading a diverse team of IT specialists and empowering their professional development.
Advocating for technology solutions for on-farm applications and across Pamu, working across our business to understand how they can enable our business needs.
Guiding our target state architecture, with a standardized portfolio of technology and data products and services for Pamu.
Defining and implementing information management and records policies across Microsoft and SharePoint platforms.
Collaborating with the Technology and Digital leadership team and broader Pamu to deliver core services and technology outcomes.
Providing strategic and thought leadership across Pamu's software and integration landscape, influencing our strategy and business plans.
About You:
You are a proven leader with a talent for empowering diverse teams with knowledge of enterprise solutions, application integration technologies, and information delivery.
You Will Also Have:
Proven leadership experience in technology, software development, or a related field.
A solid track record in delivering enterprise-class application services within a complex organisation.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills to effectively advance initiatives.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while balancing internal stakeholder needs with commercial outcomes.
Experience in developing business cases for investment aimed at securing executive-level sign-off.
