Located at the Home of Football in St Johns, Auckland, OFC has 13 Member Associations which it supports through various programmes.We utilise football in the Oceania region whilst also using the game as a tool for social development. Our vision is to raise the standard of football in Oceania, and to utilise the power and passion of football to help promote education, community development, capacity building, health awareness, cultural exchange, and economic development within the football community.About the RoleAs the Head of Social Responsibility, you will be responsible for:Develop and implement strategies aligned with OFC's overall objectives to drive impactful social responsibility initiatives.Plan and coordinate organisational activities, setting clear goals and making informed decisions to maximise program effectiveness.Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations to safeguard the well-being of all involved in program implementation. Facilitate the expansion of programming across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.Lead and develop the Social Responsibility team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the department. Create robust reporting frameworks and evaluation tools to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.
