We are seeking an exceptional Head of Security to shape and drive our comprehensive security strategy. In this senior position, reporting directly to the CFO, you'll have the opportunity to create a world-class security culture that aligns seamlessly with our business goals.As the Head of Security, you will work across the entire organisation, collaborating closely with diverse business unit leaders to address a range of security priorities. Your ability to foster strong partnerships and deliver innovative, integrated solutions will be key to maintaining and enhancing Jade Software's reputation as a trusted, secure partner in the industry.If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for building robust security frameworks and influencing organisational excellence, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities Include:Manage, maintain and continuously improve company-wide security risk management, compliance, and operational security processes.Develop and drive a forward-looking security strategy that connects with our organisation's overall vision, aligning with each line of business to support objectives, innovation, and growth.Establish and manage a comprehensive security risk management framework.Inspire and lead our team of security practitioners to establish a positive security culture of accountability, and continuously develop team members to achieve maximum effectiveness in their roles.Maintain a program of continuous improvement of security policies, protocols, and processes.Chair our relevant Cyber Security forums and committees.Collaborate with technology leadership to incorporate robust security principles into strategic planning and emerging technology adoption.ABOUT YOUAs a talented Senior Security Professional you will:Possess a minimum of eight to 12 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security, and IT-related roles.Be a true collaborator with a proven ability to operate proactively across business units to uplift security capabilities in support of business strategy and outcomes.Have strong knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, CE+, SCF, and NIST.Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a high level of personal integrity.Have experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.Demonstrate experience with Cloud computing and virtualized environments, and hybrid environments that combine in-house, hosted, and public cloud infrastructure.If you are excited about this role and are confident at surpassing expectations at Jade, we encourage you to apply; you could just be who we are looking for, for this or other positions at Jade.ABOUT JADEJade Software is an iconic New Zealand name in technology and has evolved and grown to support our customers globally with complex technology problem-solving, providing products Jade ThirdEye and Jade Platform, and creating data-driven solutions.
