With a focus on people, performance, and long-term growth, this role is designed for an ambitious professional ready to make their mark, with pathways to roles like Head of Performance or Strategy Director.The OpportunityAs the Head of Search at Double, you will lead and shape our Google Ads Performance team, managing the strategy, implementation, and execution of campaigns focused on Google Ads. This is a strategic role, where you'll work closely with all teams to ensure alignment with overall strategy and drive exceptional results for both new and existing clients. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering growth, delivering impactful outcomes, and achieving long-term success. Bonus if you also have experience in Meta Ads and TikTok.Creative problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to explore new avenues and question the status quo.
