With a strong reputation within the education sector in New Zealand, our client is dedicated to transforming lives through the power of learning.Due to programme expansion within the Education School, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated leader to help shape and transform the future vision of the school. Our client is looking for a strong individual who has sound knowledge of the New Zealand curriculum and can utilise education market trends to create strategic business developments for the school.Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership and Operations - Designing, developing, implementing, and refining a School vision and strategy which aligns with NZSE's strategic goals.Quality and Compliance - Ensuring that sources and programmes are evaluated according to NZSE policy and moderation audits are 100% compliant.Marketing - Positively promoting NZSE at international, national, regional, and local forums.Student Engagement and Support - Working with student support team ensuring that student attendance, progress, and retention rates are monitored and reported.Staff and Financial Management - Efficiently manage programme and staff timetables and work with Academic Director to develop and deliver professional development plans within budget.Qualifications and ExperienceMaster's degree in a related field or related work experience (5 years minimum).Teaching qualification (Level 5+).NZ registered teacher.NZ Certificate in Adult Literacy and Numeracy Education (Level 5).Knowledge of New Zealand tertiary education sector and structures.Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Company BenefitsCompetitive salary.Vehicle for business use.Discounted healthcare (fully subsided after 5 years).Long-term employment additional leave.Shares programme.Annual flu vaccination and EAP support programme.If you're a fantastic team player with experience in NZ tertiary education and strategic planning within the education sector, please submit an updated CV or send directly to ******** Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
