We're recruiting for the Head of Sales role at a leading company in the manufacturing sector, with significant operations in New Zealand and Australia. You'd be responsible for managing a team while driving sales growth and strategy.It's crucial that we find someone who will bring creative, fresh ideas and truly ignite the brand's growth. We're searching for someone who understands how to drive growth and sell into the FMCG sectors across the country. It's essential that you have strong connections to the FMCG industry, across large corporates and smaller, privately-owned businesses.The role reports directly to the Managing Director in Australia, but you'll have the autonomy to shape the sales function and lead from the front. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive growth in a dynamic, evolving business.The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and ambitious, with a keen eye for detail and sound analytical acumen. You will take ownership of sales strategy, forecasting, and budget setting in conjunction with the Managing Director, and work closely with the operations teams to ensure products are delivered on time.You will be leading a team of eight sales and account managers across the country. We're looking for a leader who can effectively guide and motivate the team to deliver results.The role will be based in Auckland and report to the Managing Director based in Melbourne.
