The team have already established great relationships domestically and increasingly into Australia. This role is all about taking the business to the next level – you will be leading the hunt as they build and grow across multiple new channel opportunities in Australia, while at the same time ensure they continue to nurture their existing relationships, and established foot hold in the domestic market.This role does not sit in isolation. You'll be a part of the senior leadership team and working closely with the Co-Founders. You will initially be leading and developing a NZ sales team of ten with expansion of sales roles into Australia planned. Your focus will be on identifying, developing and executing sales strategies and plans, including contract negotiation and stakeholder management, as well as driving robust demand and supply planning.You must be driven to see markets grow and be able to demonstrate you can quickly develop credibility, trust and authenticity in market. FMCG sales leadership and experience setting up supply chains will be key to your success here. This role will involve both domestic and international travel – an appetite for this is essential.
