You will take full ownership of Radix Nutrition's sales strategy across both the New Zealand and Australian markets, with a particular focus on driving growth in the grocery retail channel.Key Responsibilities:Sales strategy and execution ownership: Develop and implement a forward-thinking sales strategy to drive growth and profitability in New Zealand and Australia.FMCG channel leadership: Spearhead Radix's expansion into the grocery retail market, ensuring broad availability and visibility of the product range.Market expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth in domestic and international markets.Team building and management: Establish and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering collaboration and accountability.Collaboration with leadership: Partner with the CEO and the senior leadership team to align sales efforts with the company's overall strategy.Data-driven decision-making: Utilize market insights and analytics to inform and refine strategies, ensuring measurable success.Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and achieve business objectives.What We're Looking For:Extensive experience in sales leadership, and brand management exposure particularly within FMCG grocery channels.Demonstrated success in managing and growing sales functions in New Zealand and Australia.Proven success in taking a disruptive product to market.Proven ability and existing networks to drive penetration and growth in FMCG retail channels.Exceptional strategic thinking and operational execution skills.Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities with a focus on relationship building.Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation and health.Why Join Radix Nutrition?Lead and shape the sales function in two key markets for a fast-growing, purpose-driven company.Work directly with the CEO and play a pivotal role in the company's success.Join an inspiring environment and passionate team dedicated to redefining global nutrition.Play your part in building a world where a natural, nutrient-dense diet with all the nutrients your body needs is seamlessly available, anywhere on earth.Head office and manufacturing are based in Hamilton.
