This opportunity allows an experienced finance professional to take on a pivotal leadership position within the Hobbycraft Finance Team.About the RoleLead a team of three management accountants to ensure accurate and timely outputs.Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis, including managing the period-end close process and delivering insightful management accounts and MI packs for Board review.Coordinate and consolidate the annual budget and mid-year re-forecast, working with stakeholders across the business.Key Responsibilities:Manage financial reporting, period-end close process and deliver management accounts and MI packs for senior leaders.Collaborate closely with CFO and other commercial finance teams.Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.Partner with senior business leaders to manage expenditure and ensure alignment with financial goals.About YouWe are seeking a finance professional with a proven track record of success in financial reporting and team leadership.Full accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex financial models.Strong background in period-end processes, budgeting, and financial analysis.The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
