Chiptech, a leader in providing innovative solutions that keep people safe, is looking for a Head of Projects and Products to drive new product introductions (NPI) and lead the full lifecycle of our cutting-edge products.
As the Head of Projects and Products , you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our hardware and software solutions.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate with our leadership team in both NZ and the UK, oversee the NPI process, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our products.

Key Responsibilities: Lead product development and project execution through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
Drive agile development cycles, ensuring quick iterations and responsiveness to market feedback.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept through to launch, maintenance, and eventual product retirement.
Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and more.
Continuously monitor project and product performance, driving continuous improvement and maintaining quality standards.
What we're looking for: A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Chiptech's mission and values.
Expertise in agile project and product management, within the tech sector, ideally with electronic hardware.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects with a focus on milestone delivery.
Excellent ability to make decisions and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
Strong communicator who actively engages in cross-functional collaboration and demonstrates leadership skills.
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones when required.
