If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, plus a familiarity with hydraulics and the Transport Engineering industry then we welcome you to explore this role.Initially you will be getting stuck in whilst ironing out your new team and operations, including day to day involvement with scheduling and overseeing workshop repairs, workshop maintenance and servicing jobs, whilst managing the smooth running of Hammar's workshop, endorsing H&S, managing profitability, and inspiring and fostering internal / external relationships.The ideal Branch Manager:Heavy Mechanical qualification with practical experience in New ZealandLeadership experience, with the ability to support 5 staff alongside technical dutiesProblem solver – takes initiative and gets things donePersonable, approachable, and empatheticCustomer and people focusedProcess improvement and inquisitive mindsetThis is an exciting prospect for a branch manager to come on board and really make it their own.
