This is a critical role that will help define and deliver the best product experience across all digital touchpoints ensuring alignment with customer needs to deliver commercial and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities include:Lead and mentor a high-performing squad across UX design, development, BA, and QA.Drive the Motorhome Republic product roadmap, using customer insights, trends, and data to enhance our booking platform, websites, app, and service touchpoints.Support growth strategies with a product vision focused on local market expansion and new market entry.Ensure the product experience meets customer, key commercial and performance metrics.Use data and insights to shape a commercially viable product strategy that delivers ROI.Collaborate across teams to ensure a cohesive Motorhome Republic experience that aligns with business objectives.Work with Sales & Operations to streamline and improve efficiency across customer touchpoints.About You7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or product management, with at 3+ years in a leadership roleExperience with customer experience design, and e-commerce product management, travel experience a bonusSkilled at translating technical concepts into customer-focused, commercial experiencesProficient in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite) and research methods.Strong commercial acumen and a data driven mindset, with experience using analytics to inform product decisionsConfident presenter, able to influence senior leaders and manage diverse stakeholders.Embody the GoSee values, Do the right thing, Trust and respect each other, Own it, adapt and add valueAn Agile growth mindset and a sense of humour a must!About The CompanyGoSee is a global travel e-commerce group.
