Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.The OpportunityIn this role, as the Head of Product, Innovation & Commercial - V Energy, reporting to the Brand Director – V Energy, you will be optimizing the V portfolio to meet evolving consumer needs, driving long-term market share, and profitable revenue growth. You will lead product & innovation strategy for V by deeply understanding the consumer's unconscious needs, identifying opportunities for innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to commercialize these plans. As a V brand champion, you will work collaboratively with the Head of Brand, Communications & Commercial - V Energy to build brand propositions and communication strategies to support brand growth and create value for consumers. Enterprise leadership will be an important part of this role, as will the opportunity to mentor and guide more junior marketers in your role as a senior marketer within the team.
