The Head of Product is instrumental in defining and leading a product strategy to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Overseeing our Product Managers and Product Designers, you will drive the evolution of an awesome job management product.
What We're Looking For: Commercial Sensibility: Can grow a SaaS product, with a demonstrated ability to drive down the cost of acquisition (CAC) and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
Mobile Product Expertise: Mobile product management background with a strong focus on user growth and engagement People Leadership: Experienced leadership ability, can inspire, motivate and coach and mentor your team.

Team Player: You're collaborative, open-minded, and ready to contribute What You'll Do: Innovate & Build: Drive a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product development priorities and growth tactics.

Collaborate: Work closely with our epic team and key stakeholders to understand our customer needs and translate them into cutting-edge tech solutions aligned with our company goals Who are you working with : Your direct reports are our epic Product team of four PMs and two Designers.
Your manager is our CTPO and you'll be part of a product and engineering leadership team.
You'll collaborate with our exceptional Engineering, Sales, Customer and Marketing teams.
