About the Role This newly created leadership position is designed to lead our Product Owner chapter, developing capability across the team, and ensuring effective delivery for our business.
We are seeking a special blend of skills which focus on leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on product owner expertise.
Reporting to our GM Customer Solutions, this position will play a key role ensuring we effectively deliver enhancements to our products and platforms through our Product Owner led teams.
We are fully committed to making sure our customers have the best technology experience possible whilst on our quest to be New Zealand's number one delivery partner for e-commerce; this team is a key part of this success.
About You As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have clear successful experience leading Product Owner chapters within large complex organisations.
Engaging, developing, and mentoring teams will be second nature to you and a forefront of your skills.
You'll be able to clearly articulate the following skills and experience: Commercial acumen and a responsible cost focus to budget management.
Proven experience leading diverse teams of Product Owners, engaging in people's development, and providing a coaching and mentoring approach to leadership.
Vendor management expertise, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same vision.
A minimum of three years product ownership experience.
Adept at leading change.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across both business and IT teams.
Certification in Agile practices and relevant bachelor's degree.
Experience operating in agile, waterfall and hybrid environments.
Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
Highly developed problem-solving skills with adaptability.
