Te Turanga | About the role: The Head of Process Excellence joins the Transformation & Technology Leadership Team and will lead the establishment and development of the new Process Excellence Practice at Silver Fern Farms.
The Process Excellence Practice will drive end-to-end process definition, standardisation, and improvement in alignment, and in unison, with our significant technology transformation programme which is already underway.
At the core, this role will reimagine future processes for Silver Fern Farms from a perspective that isn't restricted by our current processes.
By applying design thinking to the future, our Head of Process Excellence will unlock new value opportunities for Silver Fern Farms.
This role, done well, will enable SFF to swiftly realise commercial opportunities through process excellence, and enable us to continually deliver increasing value to our customers.
Ou Pukenga | About You: You're a process expert, and a leader in your field.
You're a practical person who gets results and has deep experience in process excellence and continuous improvement.
You have likely worked in environments where digital transformation is occurring alongside holistic process improvement work.
You're an expert in methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma and have experience leading agile and Fusion Teams.
You may hold industry certification recognising your capabilities in these spaces.
Other Key Attributes & Experience: Bachelor's degree and subsequent endorsements related to this role - black belt or similar Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, professional environment Strong culture of development, coaching, and leadership capability Evidence of successful process improvement delivery across various methodologies and industries Experience in proactive change management and roll-out of new ways of working and processes enabled by technology solutions Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including executive and overseas directors, to navigate conflicting demands and achieve the best outcomes for the business Ability to establish comprehensive budgets, proactively manage expenditure as budgeted, and respond to industry changes and opportunities Te Ahurea | Why work at Silver Fern Farms?
