About the Role: You will be a natural relationship builder and trusted advisor to work in partnership with the Deputy Secretary and senior managers ensuring the group's people plans meet strategic and business objectives. You will provide advice and guidance to senior managers and leaders that is both practical and robust. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has: Strategic HR Business partnering experience, preferably in a large professional services context A reputation for and practical understanding of manaakitanga A breadth of knowledge across all HR disciplines including leadership development, change management, organisational design, and culture change Previous experience in leading a team An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) and awareness of the obligations and responsibilities to address wellbeing inequalities for Maori within organisational systems and processes.
