About the Role: As the Head of People & Culture, you will lead and inspire a diverse team of HR specialists, and ensure you are developing and implementing workforce strategies that effectively drive organisational success. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee a team responsible for shaping RHCNZ's culture and effectively responding to the priority demands of the business, setting a high-performance standard for business enablement and corporate services. In addition, you will be accountable for leading RHCNZ's contribution to people-related all-of-sector challenges and initiatives. You will work with Infratil Group equivalent HR leaders to collaborate on strategic initiatives. You will also hold and build key external relationships, representing RHCNZ in people-related initiatives with health sector partners and engaging with other service providers to share and develop best practice.Some of your key responsibilities will include: Provide strategic HR advice to the executive team. Develop and implement people-related strategies to achieve organisational effectiveness. Lead organisational development initiatives and manage complex workforce challenges. Provide leadership across strategic business partnership, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employment relations, learning and development, and HR service delivery. Drive continuous improvement in HR services to meet internal stakeholders' needs. About You: You will be a commercially savvy, strategic thinker, and a passionate and inspirational people leader. You will have a deep understanding of HR practices and regulations and you will ensure your team is effectively partnering with the business to build a positive culture and provide exceptional employee experiences.
