This role will also sit on the Corporate Leadership Team. O te turanga - About the role Reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Executive Corporate, the Head of People and Culture will lead a team of HR professionals, ensuring quality and consistency of advice and practices about kaimahi related activities. This role will lead these professionals in changing the game and delivering next-generation people-centric thinking and services to kaimahi and leaders. Ko tou ake mahi - What You'll Do Provide strategic and operational direction and oversight to the People and Culture function, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. Build, monitor and maintain fit-for-purpose capability needed to achieve organisational objectives. Lead a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide expertise, coaching and leadership to the People and Culture leadership team. Proven experience operating in a senior leadership role within a large organisation. Demonstrated success in creating and leading effective people and culture teams in a complex environment. A people-first, customer-centric and future-focused approach. An ability to think strategically and make connections between various aspects of the organisation. A willingness to inspire and invest in the team, uplifting capability and fostering a thriving environment. Awhe utu - Salary range The full salary range for the position is from $204,447 to $269,463. Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional to/on top of your base salary.
