This outstanding classroom teacher will have good curriculum knowledge, strong classroom management skills, is passionate about helping students learn and must have experience with NCEA. This role will suit a teacher who is keen to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.The successful applicant will be collaborative, understand funding, be organised and will be involved in overseeing the outdoor education learning area, working closely with the head of physical education and health, and EOTC. Please state your specialist subject(s) in your application.For overseas applicants, you are required to have a three-year specialist qualification at Level 7 with a one-year teacher training Level 7 qualification. It is an advantage to have New Zealand teacher registration with the NZ Teachers Council. You must have at least 5 years' experience in the classroom. Your conditions of work and salary are based on the Secondary Teachers Collective Agreement 2002-2025.
