Partnering with senior leadership, you'll drive transformational change, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure the organisation is equipped to deliver its strategic goals.This is a newly created position, that will see you overseeing initiatives that continue to build on our awesome organisational culture, create talent management programs and performance systems, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The role also involves managing a high-performing team, financial accountability for budget management, and using data to inform decisions.Key internal relationships include the People & Transformation team, senior leadership, and decentralised training teams, while external partnerships involve providers and facilitators.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to drive continuous improvement and help shape a thriving organisation.About You | MouTo succeed in this role, you will need exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
You'll bring strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and the capacity to translate organisational goals into actionable plans.
Your leadership and team management expertise will be crucial, along with a deep understanding of organisational culture, capability frameworks and best practices.
Additionally, you should have strong budget management skills and high technology literacy.
You should have a proven track record in organisational development, capability building, and change management, including leading culture change initiatives across an enterprise.
