This is a leadership role working directly with Olivia Moon, a talented founder and CEO who has built a rocket ship brand and company with big growth plans in the next 5 years. You'll play a critical part in growing this brand in new markets and categories, always delivering on Nodi's promise to enrich and elevate people's lives by creating a natural place of connection between people and their everyday living and working environments.
With customers searching for design-led and naturally sourced interior products for their fashionable homes, retail spaces, hotels or restaurants, this role will suit someone with a strong commercial or personal connection to the world of quality products, interiors, design, even architecture. Your connection or passion for this space must be underpinned by a highly disciplined and results-driven operations career. Specifically, the sourcing and manufacturing of quality products, partnered with the operational side of importing and delivering these products to market effectively and efficiently. You'll be able to confidentially speak to examples in your career that directly contributed to meeting critical operational business goals.
Reporting directly to the CEO and leading an existing team of two, this Head of Operations position will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of Nodi's business, specifically manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality control, and inventory management. A pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, optimising production processes, and leading the business toward achieving strategic objectives. Your leadership and management expertise will drive the operational excellence that supports Nodi's growth and profitability targets.
You will also play a crucial part in the nationwide launch of a new, yet piloted category, of high-end carpet to the NZ market. This evolved offering brings with it an entirely new set of operational procedures and systems that will need to be built, tested and rolled out from scratch. An exciting and gritty program of work that will directly contribute to the business's growth goals.
