We're in a growth phase and are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our team who will take the lead on all things operations and administration to continue our successful growth.
Reporting to the Directors of our Branch as Head of Operations and Administration, this role offers 30 hours per week (currently 8:30am-3pm) and is perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact by ensuring the most effective and efficient processes are being implemented.
Duties and responsibilities include: Direct leadership of our Campaign Manager and our Virtual Assistant.
Improve operational procedures and workflows between sales and administrative teams including taking the lead on our operating plan and ensuring the success of the rollout of our company values and goals.
Support accounts administration including GST, commissions, reporting, as well as payroll, accounts payables, and receivables.
Ensure compliance with REA requirements and assist with financial forecasting.
Oversee onboarding of new team members and manage the office environment.
Support integration of new technologies and manage key supplier relationships.
Enhance customer experience and organise external and internal events.
Contribute to community engagement and brand profile initiatives.
Additional administrative and accounts tasks and projects as needed.

To ensure you are successful, you will have a strong background in Administration, preferably in a leadership role, and have experience with Xero or similar accounting software. We use GSuite, so experience with this will be helpful. Most importantly, you will have exceptional relationship-building skills and will bring positive energy and enthusiasm to our team.
