This market leader in the Property and Real Estate sector is seeking a driven, strategic, and brand-savvy Head of Marketing. Leading a settled team of four, you will provide guidance, strategic direction, commercial nous, and marketing expertise to drive growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

This role is permanent and attracts a generous remuneration package which includes car parking. Our employer prefers someone to be on site, and flexibility can be given over time.

What you will bring to the role: 5 years + in a similar leadership roleLive and breathe the brand you representProven, current experience marketing a strong brandStrategic mindset with a clear focus on brand optimisationExperience in setting, managing, and reporting on marketing budgetsGreat management skills and the ability to upskill your teamA history of setting up, managing, and delivering on various campaignsAble to manage and deal with a range of internal stakeholder needsExperienced in managing partnerships with media and other strategic partnersGreat presentation skills and not afraid to be in front of a group of peopleHave strong technology and digital skillsWe are expecting a high level of interest in this role and will be reviewing CVs as we receive them.
