Our client works in the real estate sector and is seeking a driven, strategic and brand savvy head of Marketing.
This role has come about due to a recent resignation, and we are actively seeking a highly skilled replacement.
This is a role where you can really sink your teeth into.
Leading a small team of 4 marketing professionals you will bring a demonstrable growth mindset and a blend of strategic and hands-on marketing skills to this role.
Bringing excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage projects this role will see you working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic and complex environment.
This role is permanent and attracts a generous remuneration package which includes a free carpark.
The preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate significant experience across strategic direction, leadership, managing partnerships and digital strategy.
You may not have worked in real estate before but your creative style, drive for results and brand-centric approach will be the key to your success.

What you will bring to the role: 5 years + in a similar leadership role Live and breathe for the brand you represent Strategic mindset with a clear focus on brand optimisation Experience in setting, managing and reporting on marketing budgets Great management skills and the ability to upskill your team A history of setting up, managing and delivering on various campaigns Able to manage and deal with a range of internal stakeholders' needs Experienced in managing partnerships with media and other strategic partners Great presentation skills and not afraid to be in front of a group of people Be an expert across the Adobe Creative Suite Great hands-on marketing skills In return for all your hard work you will be rewarded with a great remuneration package and be in an environment where your skills and experience are genuinely appreciated.
