Head Of Marketing

A recruiter is seeking a Head of Marketing, who will report to the Business Administrator (MBA level) and work hand in hand with key members of our wider team to develop and execute our strategic Marketing plan.Key Responsibilities:Driving growth with key seasonal campaigns, linking our premium brands with the world.Building robust roadmaps to align market opportunity with business capability.Working cross-functionally to identify and prioritise new opportunities for our brands and understanding market dynamics.Minimum Requirements:Ideally 5+ years' previous experience in a similar role across the agriculture, hospitality and tourism industries.A university degree in Marketing is desirable.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams.A natural level of hustle when it comes to being strategic and driving alignment on commercial objectives across several premium brands.If you're ready to join a team that values professionalism, innovation, and teamwork, then come and be a part of the Glen Dene Group.
