About the Role
You will drive the Employment Relations and Legal Practice to be recognized by employers and their staff for excellence in legislation, compliance and consultative employment relations advice, and the overall contribution to local and national business communities. This role isn't about hierarchy; it's about shared success. You'll collaborate with a team dedicated to excellence, where every voice matters. You will be responsible for:
Working as one team, sharing knowledge, and celebrating wins
Delivering clear, impactful advice, not just showcasing legal prowess
Identifying and securing opportunities to grow the practice while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
Building a High-Performing Team: Attract, develop, and retain top employment relations specialists.
About you
Your expertise in employment relations will complement your understanding of the legal market and competitive landscape, both which you articulate and relate to your team and stakeholders with ease. A commercially minded and strategic thinker, you will drive for results and lead with purpose. You will be recognized for excellence in legislation, compliance, and consultative employment relations advice.
