Reporting to our Group CEO and based in Auckland, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of International Recruitment / Group Sales Manager to lead our international student recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the international education recruitment space, particularly in managing large teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for education.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed recruitment targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the international student recruitment industry
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other key stakeholders
• Monitor and analyse sales metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions
• Identify and implement innovative sales techniques and tools to enhance recruitment efforts and improve efficiency
• Your vibrant, innovative and driven personality
• Proven track record in a Sales Leadership role for at least 5 years, preferably from the International Education sector
• Relevant tertiary qualification – minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or similar
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or Zoho CRM
• Your strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Analytical mindset to interpret data
• Willingness to travel internationally – must have a valid passport and visa to travel globally
