This main contractor has a strong focus on delivering exceptional projects to the highest standard that range to the scale of $100m. Over the past decade this business has seen significant growth and further expansion into various sectors including mixed use commercial, education, industrial, multi-story apartment living, and high-end townhouse developments.RoleWith continued growth and ongoing demand, there is now a need to create a role for a Head of Interiors that will lead, grow and develop their interiors business.Key responsibilities will include:Manage the delivery and operations of the interiors businessLeadership and management of the interior teamBusiness Development, networking and securing tendersOversee and manage contracts/subcontracts and consultantsEnsure financial and programme delivery requirements are metTender submissions and estimatingRequirementsThis role requires a proven senior leader that has a background in Interiors.
