We provide financial assistance to our beneficiaries through subsidised specialist therapies.Role PurposeThe Charity is investing in income generation staff with an ambitious target to increase income from IG activities by circa 60% by 2026. The Head of Income Generation will lead the Income Generation Department and be a member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to the strategic direction and operational management of the charity.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and implement the development and delivery of the Income Generation strategy.Support the Leadership team and Centre Manager in developing the organisational strategy.Monitor and report on performance against strategic priorities.Lead, manage, and motivate a small team of fundraising and marketing staff.Identify new income generation opportunities.Ensure compliance with fundraising bodies and legislation.Additional InformationFlexible working hours are required for this role.This role will have a three-month probationary period.Travel may be required for training and meetings.PERSON SPECIFICATION - Head of Income GenerationEducation and TrainingESSENTIAL: 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths.ExperienceESSENTIAL: At least 3 years proven experience in income generation and associated activities.Abilities & SkillsESSENTIAL: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.MotivationESSENTIAL: Target and cause driven.Job Type: Part-timePay: £34,000.00-£37,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 28 per weekWork Location: In personApplication deadline: 20/06/2024
