About The Role
As SkyCity Hamilton's Head of Gaming Operations, you will be a key member of the Hamilton senior Leadership Team with a primary focus on providing impactful leadership, guidance and support to the Hamilton Gaming Operations team of 5 Direct Reports and up to 90 Indirect Reports.
You will engage with relevant personnel to ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences and care, to ensure a safe and vibrant gaming destination for our customers and team members.
You will use your strong business acumen and Gaming or related industry knowledge to identify and act on opportunities for efficiency and consistency, creating and driving responsible revenue maximisation strategies to grow Gaming earnings, ensuring agreed targets and goals are achieved within the Gaming Department.
This is a Full-Time opportunity, flexibility around working hours will be required to support operational needs.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
Gaming, Hospitality or related industry experience, with a minimum of five years at a senior level
Proven experience in a senior management role with a focus on developing and implementing strategic, financial and operational plans in a customer focused environment
Experience working in a highly regulated environment with knowledge of gaming related compliance, host responsibility and anti-money laundering requirements is strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in leadership through the creation and implementation of a business vision achieved by engaging and developing others
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the organisation
Change management experience, with the ability to influence, and establish buy-in from affected stakeholders at all levels to achieve positive outcomes
Passion and proficiency to lead a culture of customer care
