About the Role: With the incumbent relocating, this is a great chance for a new Head of Finance to bring fresh ideas and leadership. You'll shape the finance function, oversee IT, and assist the CEO with HR. Your key duties will include providing decision support to the executive team while ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing cash flow, and maintaining compliance with regulations. You'll also develop financial strategies, drive performance improvements, and support strategic initiatives.
