This business has grown from humble beginnings to now generate circa $120m turnover.The OpportunityAs the Head of Finance, this role will see you partner with the CEO and the board. This role is highly visible throughout the organisation and will be responsible for driving a large-scale transformation of the finance function to achieve key outcomes and greater commercial acumen throughout the business.Some of the key tasks aligned to this role will include:Lead and develop the finance team to ensure all statutory reporting and compliance requirements are met.Identify top-line growth opportunities whilst implementing internal cost control initiatives.Lead group-wide transformation programs to implement 'best in class' business processes and systems.Audit existing technologies to identify more suitable platforms to best meet the demands of a growing business.Identify business drivers and translate data into key decision supporting insights.Engage with department heads to actively promote a culture of collaboration and inclusiveness.Work with the senior executive team to develop and execute strategy.The Successful ApplicantMust have a proven track record of successfully operating at the Head of Finance / CFO level for a similar-sized business. During this time, you have been responsible for the strategic growth of the business and driven transformation initiatives.
