About the Role Join our client as a Technology Leader, playing a critical role in the delivery of their digital roadmap. You will spearhead architecture, direct high-level projects, and lead a dynamic team of 50+ professionals focused on enhancing external customer systems and experiences. Day to Day Responsibilities Lead the technological strategy and architecture in collaboration with senior tech leadership. Oversee the design, development, and operation of critical customer-centric systems. Research and integrate cutting-edge technologies to bolster competitive advantage. Manage, develop, and scale a large team across various technical disciplines. Collaborate on budgeting processes aligned with strategic IT and organizational goals. Skills & Experience Required We are looking for a visionary leader with a robust track record in the banking sector and adept at managing substantial tech teams: Proven experience in banking technology leadership. Strong skills in stakeholder management and team development. Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITSM frameworks. Strategic grasp of CAPEX and OPEX management. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
