Help them grow, push boundaries, and deliver top-tier solutions.Drive Growth: Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to ensure our tech supports rapid scale-up and international expansion.Innovate & Scale: Balance quick wins with sustainable practices that set us up for long-term success.Who You AreA seasoned engineer with 8+ years under your belt, comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Proficient in modern technologies like ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL. Bonus points if you've dabbled in TypeScript and AWS.You thrive in startups and love the hustle. You're comfortable leading while being hands-on and contributing to the codebase.A natural problem-solver with a passion for tech and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
