To help them achieve this they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join them as the Head of Delivery, Delivery & Change COE, leading a large team of project professionals. As the Head of Delivery, you will play a crucial role in leading our delivery, ensuring the successful execution of projects and initiatives that drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a Delivery Practice Roadmap as well as, building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and establishing strong relationships across the organization. What we are looking for: - Demonstrated ability to proactively build and lead high-functioning, collaborative teams to delivery business outcomes effectively. 10+ years' experience in senior program or project leadership, with a preference for candidates with experience in the banking industry. A genuine passion for continuous improvement and driving efficiency through the optimisation of people and processes. Strong ability to build and maintain strong cross-business relationships at all levels through positive influence and effective communication. Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in project management methodologies, principles, and tools. Demonstrated strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to align delivery efforts with organisational goals. Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to convey ideas, motivate teams, and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
