We are hiring a Head of Data Engineering to lead the data engineering organization to take charge of our advanced data infrastructure.

What you will do: Lead overall data engineering strategy and direction for the company.
Drive technical choices and align projects with business objectives.Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing and diverse data engineering team.Develop a culture of high levels of accountability and collective ownership with the team.Invest in the career development of your employees with a strong focus on mentorship and learning opportunities.Be hands-on in the code to DO in addition to lead.Drive common processes, quality, and performance improvements, with an emphasis on cross-pollination of best practices across teams. Skills and experience you'll need: Design and implement robust ELT pipelines: Utilize modern best practices and tools such as Fivetran and dbt to ingest and transform data in our Snowflake data warehouse.Implement Data Governance and Engineering best practices including CI/CD pipelines, Terraform configurations and PII data deletion frameworks.Ensure reliable data flows: Liaise with data producers across the LMI ecosystem to maintain quality, consistency, and safety.Collaborate with leadership: Work closely with the Head of Analytics and Head of Machine Learning to build data pipelines that feed critical analytics and predictive ML-based systems.
