At Parkable, we're looking for an inspiring, strategic leader to deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead our Customer Success Management (CSM) team. You'll drive NPS, reduce churn, and grow accounts through service excellence, while fostering a highly engaged team culture that empowers our team to thrive.
About the Role We're looking for you to develop and execute scalable strategies for the CSM team, ensuring every customer receives a consistent and exceptional experience. You'll oversee complex rollouts, optimize processes, and implement service levels and SLAs to balance customer satisfaction with efficiency. Working closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams, you'll align solutions and feedback with the product roadmap, identify growth opportunities, and ensure seamless client handovers.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth: Develop a clear, scalable CSM strategy to deliver consistent customer experiences that drive NPS, retention, and revenue growth. People Leadership: Inspire and grow a globally distributed team, setting performance goals, and offering coaching for professional development. Operational Excellence: Continuously enhance the team's efficiency with optimized processes and best-in-class tools. Lead complex, large-scale onboarding for rapid revenue activation. Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and sales to drive customer growth and align on the product roadmap. Customer Success: Design and implement service levels and support models, balancing customer satisfaction and commercial efficiency. What We're Looking For Experience: Senior-level experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Operations in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Proven track record in leading highly engaged, high-performing teams. Leadership: Strong people development skills with a passion for coaching and mentoring future talent. Analytical Acumen: A commercial mindset with the ability to analyze and drive results through data. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders. Growth-Oriented: Agile, goal-focused, and a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial drive.
