About the job This is a value-add role for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about leading a small, collaborative counselling team in supporting student wellbeing.
This is a permanent, full-time role during school term time only.
The successful candidate will have: Experience in effectively leading a team of counsellors Proven ability to counsel children and adolescents from a Christian perspective Great relationship and communication skills who can build effective counselling relationships with students, their whanau, staff & external agencies to foster wellbeing An existing supervisory relationship A degree in counselling Either provisional or full membership with NZCCA or NZAC If this sounds like you, and you want to support the work of shaping confident, connected, actively involved, lifelong learners who are growing in faith, hope, and love in Jesus, apply today!
