We're hiring.We need a reasonably grown-up community manager who can manage their own shit and our clients...Responsibilities: Community Manager and Department LeadCommunity Management:Brand Representation: Serve as the voice of the brand in social media interactions on platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and Twitter.Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social trends, news stories, and identify opportunities for the client to participate in relevant conversations.Community Engagement: Prioritize initiatives that create positive experiences and foster engagement among the community, such as surprise and delight initiatives.Cultural Moment Leverage: Develop and implement creative strategies to capitalize on cultural events that align with the app and drive viral engagement.Social Listening: Utilize social listening tools to analyze conversations and identify opportunities for the client to engage on social media.User-Generated Content: Develop and implement strategies to create engaging content and foster community involvement, including user-generated content moments.Brand Tone Maintenance: Consistently represent a brand's voice in social media interactions, demonstrating agility and creativity in how the brand is presented.Team Collaboration: Suggest daily content topics, brainstorm with the marketing team, and work closely with social and creative teams to produce effective content.Performance Measurement: Report on key campaigns and initiatives, gather metrics, and evaluate performance to inform future strategies.Content Creation and Management:Audience-based Insights Contribution: Provide audience-based insights and support for the development of high-quality marketing content for clients across all social media platforms.Content Scheduling and Publishing: Plan, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms.Data Analysis and Optimisation:Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reporting and insights as required.Digital Data Analysis: Analyse data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms.Content Optimisation: Recommend updates to digital content to improve client outcomes.Additional Responsibilities as Department Lead:Team Management: Oversee and manage the performance of team members.Product Development: Manage department growth and offering development.Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure that the team has the necessary tools and support to achieve its goals.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and other departments.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We have 3 Core Values as a team, if these sound horrible to you then you really don't want to work for us.DICKDon't be a dick and humble the fuck up. If it can be better, then make it better.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Onsite Location: Auckland, Grey LynnMinimum hours: 40 hours (full-time, Mon-Fri)Salary: $70KCommission: 10% of the first invoice of the signed clientMinimum Qualifications:Agency Experience, preferably in a startup/scale-up environment.1 year of Account management experience is preferred.Ability to work with multiple departments and on a broad roster of clients.High communication Skills.
