Then look no further as we have an exciting opportunity for you!Due to an internal move, we currently have a vacancy for the Head of Commercial Customer.Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the engagement strategy across the business for our 23,000 plus commercial customers. This role has a particular focus on leading the development and implementation of the commercial customer strategy, setting the direction, policies, and procedures for growth charges, building key industry body relationships, and leading the revenue assurance strategy. In addition to this, you will be ensuring the delivery of project objectives and supporting outcomes honouring te Tiriti o Waitangi.You will be responsible for leading a team of customer-focused experts. With five direct reports and a total team of 17, you will oversee a broad and complex range of activities. Your leadership will be crucial to driving positive outcomes for both Watercare and our commercial customers.To be effective in this role, you will have strong people management and leadership skills, with well-developed emotional intelligence.
