We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Client Engagement to join our team. This role will see you working with a small yet dedicated team of professionals to drive our client engagement and usage. Working closely, and in a highly collaborative environment with the Head of Retention, you will form a formidable team to really focus on the client lifecycle.

We are looking for someone who has been in a similar role, who understands the HOW and WHY behind client engagement. As a seasoned leader, you will be uniquely qualified to foster deep client relationships and drive impactful partnership that deliver exceptional business outcomes.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Actively engaging with Clients to gather feedback and address concerns whilst identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with teams such as sales, marketing, legal, finance to ensure our client needs are met
Proactively identify potential risks and issues that may affect customer satisfaction.
Utilise Salesforce to track customer interactions, monitor progress & generate reports
Coach, lead and mentor a small yet dedicated team to continued high performance.
