Head of Growth and Business Development – Europe (Remote) – Decentralized Exchange Plexus are working with one of our long-term partners, focusing on developments in the on-chain compliance space. They have recently launched a fully-compliant and registered DEX, and are furthering development into the Web3 identity and AML management space.
They are looking for a Head of Growth/BD to join their executive team.
Responsibilities – Develop and Execute elite growth plan
– Grow both demand and supply side of business
– Foster partner relations with infrastructure providers, other exchanges or custodians
Requirements – Candidates must have a DeFi native background, with proven success within this space
– Experience with trading and liquidity provisions, spot and derivatives, OTC products etc
– Proven track record of significant success that you can discuss with us directly (numbers/quotas/deliverables)
Bonus Attributes – Fluent German or living in Berlin
– 3+ years institutional sales experience
– Prior role at a DeFi DEX or on-chain compliance tooling company
This role is only available for candidates based in the UK, EU or USA (East Coast preferable)
