The role:
We are in search of a hands-on Head of Analytics and Reporting to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will take the lead in managing and supervising all facets of our Business Intelligence (BI) operations. Working collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the organisation, you will deliver high quality reporting to enable informed decision-making and support our growth efforts. Your responsibilities will entail crafting and executing strategies for gathering, analysing, and understanding data to guide business choices and enhance operational effectiveness. This role will involve close collaboration with our Machine Learning and Data Engineering departments, as well as other teams on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with LMIs goals and objectives.Providing leadership and direction to BI analysts (2x) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality BI solutions.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within LMI to ensure BI initiatives and outputs meet their needs and expectations.Communicating BI insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.Collaborating closely with the Commercial and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team members to integrate operational and financial data effectively for improved performance storytelling.Responsible for the maintenance of code with version control.Requirements:
Strong experience in dbt, GIT and Snowflake a mustExpertise in designing reporting layer with SQL in modern data warehouses. Strong experience in writing SQL preferred.4+ Years of relevant experience in BI and Data Analytics with a track record of successful BI implementationsProven resilience: ability and desire to work in a fast paced, changing environment.Ability to translate complex business and financial issues into readily understandable terms.Self-starter, dynamic "doer" with a high level of resilience and tenacity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all management levels.What's in it for you:
